Aon Building Lobby

Savory is delighted to present an outstanding showcase resulting from our collaboration with Precinct Properties, Warren and Mahoney, Rebbeck Dunn Watters and Rider Levett Bucknall. Together, we have successfully revitalized the Aon Building Lobby in Auckland's bustling CBD.

This ambitious project involved the extensive demolition of a fully operational lobby, including the removal of a two storey column with an exquisite stone tiled staircase. Remarkably, these reclaimed stone tiles were thoughtfully repurposed in the interior design of this venture.

Savory skilfully implemented new tile flooring and introduced stylish banquette seating. The newly integrated café SERGEANT is enveloped by soaring two storey high aluminium battens, which contribute to a contemporary and expansive ambience.

Despite the challenging circumstances of working within a live environment, Savory effectively delivered this project on schedule. This exquisite refurbishment has breathed new life into the Aon Building, transforming it into a trendy and sought-after meeting destination.
