DLA Piper Fitout

DLA Piper’s new Auckland head office is an extremely high end project across Level 14 & 15 at Commercial Bay. Savory Interiors were engaged on an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) basis to provide buildability, procurement, pricing and programming and advice.

The fitout key features included a complexed curved stair with seamless solid surface cladding and Oak panelling and stair treads. A significant amount American White Oak timber features and panelling was used throughout the two floors. Terrazzo floor in the café flow into the Oak timber flooring and lime stone flooring in the Client areas. Curved walls, ceilings and feature joinery form a major part of the 2,465m2 office fitout.
