Level 17, Private Offices HSBC Tower

The Precinct Properties “Private offices” offering on L17 HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street St are designed to a premium fitout specification and were completed to a turnkey level ready for tenant installation of loose furniture.  This project also included the lift lobby upgrade, bathroom upgrade using premium finishes including Italian stone.

The Private offices also included a slightly complexed deconstruction of the lower part of a three level inter-floor stairwell and new structural slab infill which required an experienced contractor in structural and complex construction to complete. Savory’s attention to detail methodologies and programme meant this was delivered successfully and during a live working environment with tenancies below and above.

This project is currently in final stages of obtaining 5 Star Green Star Interiors Certification.
