Construction of a new building divided into 3 tenancies on 2,795m². Built on a contoured site this created a large subfloor space. A concrete ground floor slab and subfloor is completely enclosed with exception for permitted service and maintenance personnel.

The primary method of construction is the concrete tilt panel external walls, Speedwall internal intertenancy walls and mid floor concrete slabs.
