Southern Cross Northern Clinic

The Northern Clinic project included the construction of a 3 level extension to the end of the existing building. The structure of the existing building required underpinning before works commenced. There was also a significant amount of site works undertaken to create new client parking areas and a new entry / exit onto Wairau Road.

We managed a number of project challenges including working adjacent to a live hospital and clinical environments and interface works with these spaces. We worked closely with the hospital to minimise noise, dust and vibration disruption prior to and during the construction phase.
